The Better Business Bureau serving Pacific Southwest has named CSE as the winner of its Environmental Stewardship Program Award in the medium business category. CSE President Larry Goldenhersh accepted the award during a luncheon ceremony held Friday, December 7, at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla.
CSE is among a group of 13 national and regional organizations teaming up with the Alliance to Save Energy’s 50x50 Commission on U.S. Transportation Sector Efficiency to help reduce energy use in transportation 50 percent by 2050.

The CSE Board of Directors has announced the permanent appointment of Lawrence (Larry) E. Goldenhersh as the organization’s president. CSE also announced that Mary McGroarty, a partner at the accounting firm Lindsay & Brownell and current vice-chair of the CSE board of directors, will assume the role of board chair.
