Clean Vehicle Rebate Project Final Report 2014-2015 California’s Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP), administered by CSE for the California Air Resources Board, provides rebates for purchasers and lessees of plug-in electric and fuel cell vehicles throughout the state. The CVRP distributed $114,641,650 in fiscal year (FY) 2014–2015 rebate funds to owners and lessees of 53,145 eligible vehicles in California. From project inception in 2010 through the end of FY 2014–2015 funding, CVRP issued or reserved nearly 123,000 rebates totaling over $260 million.
